4 days ago I received a called on my mobile. It was a Malaysian mobile number. I picked up and on the other side a guy was speaking in Mando. I was taken aback. Yours truly answered in English. I could understand every single word he said wuy!! My Mando is improving... :) Thanks to my darling. Ok ok... back to it. Here's the translation *wink*:
Kan Chiong bf: Hello, was HH at your place a while ago?
Yowie: Yea, she left like two hours ago. *by this time I already knew it was her bf calling*
KC bf: Ok. Did she say where she'll go to? Home?
Yowie: Yea, she did say that she was going home.
KC bf: Ok ok... Thank you. Bye bye
Yowie: No problem...
I then called her mobile. It was ringing but she did not pick up. Hmm... As a friend, I was already worried.
7 hours later...
Again the same Malaysian number. Here goes my translation again:
Tersangat Kan Chiong bf: HELLO! CAN YOU PLEASE GO OVER TO HH'S HOUSE TO SEE IF SHE'S OK? I'm very worried because she didn't pick up my calls and I can't do anything... *very worried voice*
Yowie: Do you have her home address? I'm not sure where she lives.
TKC bf: $/@.... XXX Street...
Yowie: Ok, I'll rush straight over.
TKC bf: I'm worried.... Thank you...
Yowie: No problem... I'll call you back in 5 minuts time.
*puts on jacket, sempat pee first, :P then BELAH!"
When I'm just about to leave, he called back.
Calm bf: Kong Soon, I found her already! *calm and happy voice*
Yowie: Oh goodie! I was just about to leave, man...
Cm bf: Sorry ah, sorry ah... and thank you again...

The next day, I spoke to HH and she said she kena marah by her worried bf. Hehe... BUT she had a valid reason for not picking up his calls. TERTINGGAL HP DALAM KERETA!!!! Zomg! :P My HP is ALWAYS with me wuy! Never apart from me! For OBVIOUS reasons ler... :)
I understand his feeling... It's really hard to be away from your significant half. You just wanna know what they're doing and the most important thing is if they're doing fine over there. You just can't do ANYTHING besides worrying and loving. I mean you know that they're safe but you just wanna hear their voice so that you know that they are safe & sound! :) If this situation were to happen to me, I would flip and be worried as hell.
I miss the girlfriend very much... :/
